in GERMAN

Each of us knows projects that didn't go as planned. We want to share precisely these experiences with each other – openly, honestly, and collegially. The goal is to learn from each other how we deal with challenges, stumbling blocks, and setbacks in project management.

Please prepare at least one project example to present. Whether it's a small anecdote or a major failure – everything is welcome.

Important note:
Due to limited space, participation is limited to a maximum of 10 people.
Therefore, we ask for a binding registration.
