LG Dresden: Infineon Smart Power Fab Dresden
The Dresden Regional Group (LG Dresden) invites you to a presentation:
Infineon Smart Power Fab Dresden
Project management for one of Europe’s most challenging industrial projects
in German
Infineon’s Smart Power Fab in Dresden ranks among the most significant investment and expansion projects in the European semiconductor industry. Expanding an existing production site to include a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility involves exceptional circumstances: ongoing operations, demanding technological requirements, ambitious schedules, and a multitude of internal and external stakeholders.
How do you successfully manage a project of this magnitude? Which methods, structures, and decision-making processes help master complexity while ensuring speed, quality, and collaboration? Drawing on practical project experience, Infineon offers insights into the success factors, challenges, and lessons learned from a project that yields insights relevant far beyond the semiconductor industry.
