From the idea to the order

Clarification of the assignment, scope description, acceptance criteria... these and other terms are terms that project managers come across time and again at the start of a new assignment. At this meeting, we want to take a closer look at and discuss why a clear agreement with the client is essential and what in particular needs to be taken into account.

The aim of the evening is to create a common understanding based on the PMBOK Guide and at the same time to subject the requirements to a reality check. What is the most important, what are the pitfalls and what is the free programme?

The Local Group Ruhr Area will be hosted by NTT Data in Düsseldorf for this meeting. Our speakers are Kai Heide, Andreas Krall and Patrick Brüggemann.

Travelling by car

Take the motorway to Nördlicher Zubringer/B1 in Düsseldorf. Then follow the B1 to Derendorfer Allee. Coming from Heinrich Ehrhardt-Straße (B1): Turn off Heinrich-Ehrhardt-Straße into Rather Straße.
Then turn immediately right into Derendorfer Allee.
From Ulmenstraße: Turn right into Derendorfer Allee and follow it for approx. 300 metres.
You will find the entrance on the left-hand side. Input information for navigation devices: 40476 Düsseldorf, Rather Straße junction Derendorfer Allee.

Parking

Please ring the bell at the metal column at NTT to register. You can park in the designated NTT car parks on car park level 1. (Limited number)

Travelling by public transport (www.vrr.de)

From Düsseldorf main station, take bus no. 834 (direction Belsenplatz) for approx. 25 minutes to the Heinrich-Ehrhardt-Straße stop. The bus stop is opposite the office.
