Artificial intelligence is changing project management - not by replacing humans, but by enabling them to use their strengths more effectively.
In this lecture, Klaus Grothaus demonstrates in a practical manner how project work is fundamentally changing thru the use of Augmented Intelligence: Routine tasks are being automated, while human skills such as leadership, communication, and contextual understanding are gaining importance.
Thru concrete examples, it becomes clear how project managers can use AI-supported systems to make better decisions and manage complex challenges with confidence. At the same time, the prerequisites for responsible AI use are highlighted.
The lecture provides impulses for a new project culture - data-driven, forward-looking, and humanly effective.
About the speaker:
Klaus Grothaus is the founder and managing partner of TPA Trusted Project Advisors GmbH and has been supporting complex projects at the intersection of technology, business, and change for over 40 years. As a mathematician, computer scientist, and experienced project manager, he possesses deep expertise in classical, agile, and hybrid project management methods. With his passion for innovation and structured approaches, he combines strategic thinking with operational implementation. His current focus is on Augmented Intelligence – the meaningful combination of human decision-making skills with AI-supported efficiency. As an impulse generator, consultant, and speaker, he inspires executives and project managers to explore new paths.
