The Local Group Berlin/Brandenburg invites you to an inspiring evening of lectures on the topic
“Scope management – but correctly!”
Scope management in project management is about defining and controlling what is included in a project and what is not. It's about clearly delineating the boundaries of the project, its deliverables, goals and requirements, and then managing any changes to it throughout the project life cycle.
Does that sound too theoretical to you? Too dry?
This evening we will find out how we can approach scope management in a relaxed and correct manner in order to achieve a clearly defined scope to

Speaker:
Carsten Neumann is an experienced computer scientist who successfully completed his studies and then worked at Fraunhofer for over 10 years in various industrial projects. During this time, he took on roles ranging from programmer to scrum master to project manager, gaining valuable experience. In 2018, Carsten took the plunge into agency life and has since focused on the roles of project manager, scrum master and product owner. His expertise and commitment ultimately led him to IBMiX in 2021, where he now works as a so-called Expert Lead. In this position, he is not only active in the project business, but is also responsible for the training of project managers.
