Transformation, innovation and project management
The Local Group Berlin/Brandenburg invites you to an exciting evening of lectures on the topic
Transformation, innovation and project management
Change characterizes our time.
Constant reinvention is the standard.
Further development means innovation.
This evening is all about innovation and transformation - from different perspectives - with the help of professional project management.
If the questions "How do transformation and innovation succeed?" or "How can we get to implementation quickly?" are of burning interest to you, then register today!
No more excuses and no more waste! Learn more about the Effectuation principles: An independent logic of decision-making and action under uncertainty, which we can also use in projects when we are exploring new territory, doing pioneering work, when we are starting something new, or when we are simply stuck in a dead end and want to get back to action.
In two presentations you will learn more from theory to practice....
The presentations will be held in German!
Speakers:
