Uncertainty Mapping – Identifying and Successfully Managing Uncertainty
Uncertain? No problem!
Uncertainty mapping brings clarity to chaos. We show you how to uncover, understand, and visualize uncertainties in projects. This saves you time, reduces stress, and strengthens your team. Say goodbye to the feeling that "something's not right here"—here you get hard facts instead of vague gut feelings.
Less guesswork, more effectiveness
This method is perfect for preparing projects, making critical decisions, or for your risk management. You'll learn to distinguish between genuine uncertainties and mere assumptions and focus precisely where it matters. No drama, no over-engineering—just clear direction.
What is it suitable for?
For all situations where a lot is at stake: project launches, project realignments, critical decisions, stakeholder communication, and complex dependencies.
Who is it for?
For project managers, PMOs, executives, agile coaches, consultants, and anyone who wants to achieve more with less effort in complex contexts.
What happens in the workshop?
After a concise overview, we'll dive right into practical application. You'll experience Uncertainty Mapping live and try the method out for yourself immediately – entertaining, interactive, and surprisingly effective. Most participants are amazed at how quickly clarity emerges and how much energy is released as a result.
What will you take away?
An immediately applicable tool, new insights, and a significantly more relaxed approach to uncertainty.
