About the speaker:
Phil is the creator of PRUB-Logic and the OpenStrategies system, designed to refine and validate strategies while making them more accessible to all stakeholders, with a strong track record facilitating large-scale, complex strategies - particularly in the public sector. Phil brings both practical and academic depth to the topic. He is the author of Validating Strategies – Connecting Projects and Results to Uses and Benefits, From Woe to Flow – Developing and Implementing Strategies, and the forthcoming Strategies Using the Power of PRUB-Logic. Based in the small township of Otipua on New Zealand’s South Island, he holds degrees in science and engineering with a focus on sustainability and climate change. As Director of PRUB-Logic Ltd, his professional work is complemented by personal passions: family and developing a food forest grounded in permaculture principles.
