Online event LG Darmstadt: Leveraging Behavioral Economics in Agile Software Development
Stefan Miteski thrives on the crossroads of Entrepreneurship, Tech-savviness, and empowerment of inspired teams. Product Owner at Mercedes-Benz Mobility, former Product Owner at TeamViewer, founder of startups, and a Product coach.
We are irrational beings, which are good at rationalization. We tend to fall into biases on daily basis, but often our irrational behaviour is not chaotic but predictable. Such predictability is explored in the sales area extensively in the science of Behavioral Economics. Three of the past 10 Nobel prizes in Economics have been awarded to Behavioral Economists.
Stefan will dive into the intersection of Scrum and Agile and Behavioral Economics. What are the behavioral traits and biases in human nature make Scrum effective as a framework, how to recognize them, and how to emphasise them, to get even better results?
We are going to explore that in the presentation that Stefan has prepared and follow it with a fruitful discussion.
