Amany Nuseibeh, FPMIA, PMP, serves as a Director at Optimal Consulting and is recognized for her extensive experience as an Enterprise PMO consultant. She has a track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects across various industries. Amany has lent her expertise to both national and international organizations, including Qantas Airways, Vodafone, CSC Australia, BHP Billiton, and the Catholic Diocese of Maitland, Newcastle. Her career highlights include the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar projects, the rescue of failing programs, and the establishment of Portfolio Management Offices.

As a dedicated PMI volunteer and past President of the PMI Sydney Chapter, Amany has held several global volunteer roles. These include serving as a PMI Chapter conflict mediator, an evaluator for the Global PMO of the Year Award, and the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group co-chair. Her significant contributions were acknowledged with a Fellow PMI Australia award in 2018 and a PMI Australia Distinguished Contribution Award in 2011.
In addition to her professional achievements, Amany is a respected academic, guest lecturer, and speaker who enjoys imparting her knowledge and experience to others. Outside of her professional life, Amany enjoys exploring the beautiful beaches of Sydney through long walks.
