Online Event LG Darmstadt: PM for Social Good: why, how and what

PMI Fellow Water Ginevri from Italy will talk about
PM for Social Good: why, how and what
Presentation abstract
In the era of the so called “antropocene”, world is changing faster than ever before, uncertainty is the only certainty and sustainability can no longer be ignored.
Within this context, I think that individual social responsibility of project managers should become a distinctive factor to the point of being considered the fourth dimension of the PMI Talent Triangle.
Thanks to the constant growth of the “third sector” and not-for-profit, project managers are spoiled for choice about how to provide their competences in order to generate benefits to be proud of.
The goal of my speech is to show how to catch these growth opportunities thanks to the fact that project management is not simply a technical discipline, but a “universal language” for doing great things together and, hopefully, make our planet and our society less fragile.
