About the keynote

Until now globalisation and internationalisation have been the main drivers for working within virtual teams through organisations.The recent COVID pandemic further accelerated this change process world wide with people moving home and starting to work from the home office. When teams are not within the same location to work together, other technics are needed to support working successfully as a team.

About the speaker - Peter Ivanov

Peter Ivanov has more than 20 years of experience with international management. In the business world he has lead virtual teams with more than 100 employees, spread throughout West and East Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa .

As a keynote speaker Peter Ivanov has inspired people with his keynotes within 28 nations on 4 continents. Within executive coachings, leadership trainings and workshops he inspires with his knowledge and experience international organizations and leaders. His first book "Virtual Power Teams" reached the Amazon top3 within the category "International Management" and has been translated into six languages..
