WOL is understood as a tool to get out of silo thinking and also to build cross-functional relationships of cooperation and to share knowledge, but also to expand your mindset. WOL is used throughout the organization, especially in agile collaboration, because knowledge is consciously shared, constructive feedback is desired and the work with the respective interim results is made visible.

Eine kreative Methode, Risiken zu identifizieren und Lösungsszenarien zu entwickeln, ist die Liberating Structure TRIZ. An diesem Termin stellt Marco die Methode TRIZ vor und wir werden sie in einem Kurzworkshop-Format Gruppen verwenden, um Risiken zu identifizieren und Lösungen dafür zu finden.
