Wann läuft schon alles nach Plan? Immer wieder stoßen wir beruflich und privat auf Situationen, in denen etwas schief läuft und wir nicht haben, was wir wollen. Das ärgert uns oft und leicht sind wir davon überzeugt, dass das Problem „da draußen“ liegt, also an jemand anderem oder den Umständen. Wir sind das Opfer, man hat uns vermeintlich das Problem angetan. Es lohnt sich, diese Denkweise zu hinterfragen, um wieder mit mehr Kraft und Energie Lösungen für Probleme zu finden, aus Optionen auszuwählen und für uns nützlicheres in unser (Arbeits-)Leben einzuladen. Wir nutzen dazu den Responsibility Process, den wir im Vortrag kurz vorstellen und erklären, warum er für unsere Selbstführung so nützlich ist.
