Collaboration - cooperation within the project team and with stakeholders - is an existentially important success factor for successfully achieving project goals. The PMP (ECO 2021) and CAPM (ECO 2023) exams also ask about this.
“Collaboration in project management” is an interactive session with the aim of providing orientation on how PMI classifies the different roles in collaboration and where key sources on roles, responsibilities and attitudes can be found in the PMI literature. In an open exchange, we will shed light on the specific roles in the different project teams that ensure successful project implementation.
By dealing with these topics in a targeted manner, the understanding of roles and attitudes in the project is strengthened in order to tackle situational questions in PMP and CAPM examinations confidently and competently.
