We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In this meeting, we want to get to know each other further and explore the topic of "Integrating Organizational Change Management into Project Management." in a deep dive. 

In particular, work is to be continued on a guideline for project managers in which important checkpoints regarding the integration of change management are listed.

At our last meeting on January 14th, the CoP Life-Sciences working group agreed to launch the updated group working project.
We aim to deepen our current PM knowledge, exchange experiences, network, and efficiently apply PMI principles for project management in the life sciences environment.
