The journey continues, the Böblingen regulars' table meets again.

✴️ The biggest problem with project effort estimation isn't human error. It's the lack of a consistent, objective model that can handle complexity and customized projects.

The solution?
A neural network model for effort estimation. It involves training an artificial intelligence with historical project data to predict future effort with greater accuracy.

This session introduces the Service Maturity Framework (SMF), a practical approach to aligning both parties on a single page. You’ll see a simple dashboard that displays speed, reliability, quality, and time to market for each service, accompanied by clear traffic lights and a concise explanation. Next to it sits a decision register, detailing what we will change, who is responsible for it, and how we will verify the results. If OKRs align with where you are going, SMF tells you where you stand today and the next step to take.
