Initiating a Remote Culture Shift in the Organization: How Can the Thread Be Picked Up?In an agile context, "co-location" is an important component of collaboration, and many companies—including the major Bonn-based corporations DHL and Telekom—are returning to in-office presence after the "exception period" since the pandemic. We enjoy being in contact with and directly interacting with our colleagues on-site, while we also celebrate the freedom to work from home or a café. This flexibility makes it easier to manage family life and gives us time that would otherwise be spent commuting.
We meet at 6:30 p.m. at Bad Godesberg train station (forecourt) for a walk to the Bastei am Rhein. If that's too early: the regulars' table officially starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Basteria on the Rhine. As a regular on-site event, the Rheinland Stammtisch is the space in the Cologne/Bonn area for project management experts and enthusiasts, as well as for learners preparing for their certification. In a relaxed atmosphere, we gather for cross-industry exchange, networking, and fruitful discussions.
