Klao Bell-Lewis will share the pleasant outcomes of a story about a unique project in Kingston, Jamaica, and lessons learned about scanning the environment – even for fringe stakeholders, who could shift unexpectedly to the center.

A member of the PMI South Africa Chapter, Klao lives in Jamaica with her husband and two daughters, who are the current title holders of the#1 and #3 ranked women's table tennis players.
