1) Lucas Artaza & Dennis Rosendahl (Projektron): The use of Personas to improve user experience

Personas help you better understand target groups, characteristics and user behavior. They result in a better understanding of the customer's perspective, making them an innovative tool for communication.
At Projektron, personas reflect prototypes of a company (organization) and individual software users, with great benefits in product development, system implementation and marketing.
