“Collaboration in project management” is an interactive session with the aim of providing orientation on how PMI classifies the different roles in collaboration and where key sources on roles, responsibilities and attitudes can be found in the PMI literature. In an open exchange, we will shed light on the specific roles in the different project teams that ensure successful project implementation.
