Self-Management in the Digital Transformation
Managing Projects Sustainably in an Era of AI, Constant Change, and New Leadership Requirements
The digital transformation is changing more than just processes, tools, and structures. With the
increasing use of AI and the accelerating pace of change, the demands placed on
project managers and leaders are also rising. Self-management, self-awareness, and
resilience are thus becoming critical competencies for effective and sustainable
project management.
This one-day workshop focuses on the individual in the midst of transformation. The emphasis
is on consciously managing inner drivers and mental patterns, recognizing one’s own
strengths, and exploring how these can provide direction, stability, and effectiveness in
day-to-day project work.
The PMI Germany Chapter reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the required minimum number of participants is not met.
