Welcome to the Nexus of Learning. Our PMI UK Book Club for 2025 is back and bigger. We will bring you curated content at monthly meetings, and author interviews this year. Plus, more ways exist to connect, network, and share the lessons you learned from our book list. In addition, we will focus on books that build your marketable talent in Ways of Working, Power Skills, and Business Acumen.

We will start the year by discussing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Awareness and Implementation.

AI is becoming integral to project management, offering tools to enhance efficiency, predict outcomes, and automate repetitive tasks.

We will focus on building new ways of working by:

• Reviewing AI concepts
• Discussing AI beyond the project scope
• Defining the future AI tools use cases
• Sharing Implementing strategies for predictive analytics and AI-driven decision-making
