The PMI Germany Chapter cordially invites you to an interactive evening event where we break away from conventional methodical paths and tackle complex day-to-day project challenges with our own hands: LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP).

LEGO® Serious Play® is a structured facilitation method that boosts creativity, encourages thinking in three-dimensional models, and takes team exchange to a whole new level. Whether it's solving tricky project hurdles, visualizing shared visions, or optimizing team dynamics – using Lego bricks makes abstract ideas tangible and reveals new approach solutions.

About the Facilitator The evening will be led by Nataliya Wiedemeyer, an experienced, certified trainer for Lego® Serious Play®. With her expertise, she will guide you step-by-step through the building and reflection process, showing you how to unlock the full potential of this method for your project management.

What to expect during this 3-hour evening:

• Introduction to the Method: Learn the fundamentals and rules of Lego® Serious Play®.
• Hands-on Workshop: Build, invent, and create metaphors using your own models based on concrete project management scenarios.
• Knowledge Exchange & Networking: Discuss your insights in the group and make valuable connections with colleagues from the PM community.
• Practical Transfer: Take home actionable ideas on how to apply LSP or visual methods to your own projects.
• Participation: Exclusively for members and interested project management professionals (number of participants is limited to ensure intensive work in small groups).

Registration Fee & Payment Terms

• Contribution Fee / Registration Fee:
  • PMI members receive a 20 € discount
  • Early Bird Price (for registration by Oct 23): €30 for PMI members | €46 for non-members
  • Regular Price (from Oct 24): €37.50 for PMI members | €57.50 for non-members
• Payment Deadline: Please transfer the contribution by October 31, 2026, at the latest, or upon event registration.
• Free Cancellation: Cancellations on your end are free of charge until October 31, 2026. Please understand that we cannot refund the fee in the case of a later cancellation or a no-show.
• Execution: Should the minimum number of participants not be reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event up to 7 days before the date. In this case, any fees already paid will be refunded immediately.
• Participation: Exclusively for members and interested project management professionals (number of participants is limited to ensure intensive work in small groups).
• PDU Credits: You will receive 3 PDUs for participating.
