After our "Youth Empowerment Program" was very well received in the first edition - several "young professionals" enthusiastically participated in the 2023 program - we are now starting the second round.

What is it all about?  
Knowledge and skills in dealing with projects are becoming increasingly important for personal career development. Our aim is to promote young talents in project management and support them in their career development.

How do we do this?
We form peer groups that can network with each other, exchange ideas and share knowledge, and we run workshops and boot camps on various topics related to project management

The program is initially open to members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. Non-members will be placed on the waiting list and will be given the opportunity to participate if places are available.
