At the opening of the PMI Global Summit Series Europe on April 7, 2025 in Barcelona, PMI CEO Pierre Le Manh announced that PMI and GPM have agreed to form a strategic joint venture to promote and embed sustainability in project management.

The new partnership will focus on empowering project professionals to initiate sustainability into every aspect of project life-cycle planning, initiation, evaluation and implementation.
