Are you planning to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) in your organization – or do you have solid experience in building PMOs?

PMI Germany Chapter is launching a PMO Mentoring Program, initially as a pilot, designed specifically for organizations that want to set up an effective and efficient PMO.

Program Objective 
Organizations will receive support from experienced members of our Chapter – practical, tailored, and on equal footing. Each participating organization (mentee) will be accompanied by a team of 2–3 experienced PMO experts. If requested, we will also encourage exchange between the participating organizations.

Our mentors bring their expertise to apply PMI-PMOGA principles and practices in building PMOs. Critical questions and challenges can be discussed openly with the experts and, if applicable, other mentees. The approach is based on trustful exchange, practical case examples, and jointly developed solutions.

We are looking for: 

• Organizations (Mentees) that want to establish a PMO.
• Experienced PMO practitioners (Mentors) who would like to share their knowledge and experience on a voluntary basis, in a team, and for the advancement of the project management community.
