260309 CoP KIArtificial intelligence is already transforming many work processes.
The key question is no longer whether you use it, but how you apply it responsibly and effectively in your project work.

On March 26, 2026, the PMI Germany Chapter is organizing an interactive one-day workshop in Munich focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in project management.

What the workshop is about

Artificial intelligence refers to systems that learn from data and can support or automate tasks. In project management, it can assist with areas such as analysis, planning, or communication.

During the AI Reality Check, you will develop concrete use cases for your own project environment. You will test ideas directly and refine them together with other participants.

The workshop is deliberately designed as a hands-on format. You will work with tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot and gradually develop practical solutions for your project work.

Four perspectives on using AI

The workshop explores artificial intelligence from four key perspectives:

Technical
What is realistically possible with current tools, and what prerequisites such as data or interfaces are required?

Legal
What requirements arise from data protection, copyright, and compliance?

Ethical
How can AI be used in a transparent and responsible way?

Organization and change
What impact does AI have on roles, processes, and collaboration in project management?

Who should attend

The workshop is particularly relevant for:

  • Project managers
  • Professionals working in Project Management Offices
  • Leaders responsible for digital transformation and innovation
  • Professionals who want to integrate artificial intelligence into their project work in a practical way

For project professionals in the Munich area, the in-person format also offers an opportunity for professional exchange and networking.

The speaker

Bernhard Konrad Schwab is Head of the Community of Practice AI at the PMI Germany Chapter.

He has worked for many years on the practical application of artificial intelligence in project management and connects technical possibilities with real requirements from project practice.
