Today we want to introduce the PMI Picks™. Great and most importantly useful ideas and learning content served in small portions, that's PMI Picks™.

The biggest problem for us project managers is the time we have available. The pace and fragmentation of work hardly ever allow for longer periods of training or knowledge refreshment. However, in order to keep up to date or to educate oneself in a certain area, PMI has created PMI Picks™, small portions with learning content.

There are very small units that require just a few minutes of time, medium sized ones that are in the range of 10 minutes, and large ones that require 20 to 30 minutes. At the end of each pick, the key takeaways are summarized again.

The picks are presented in the form of articles, case studies, videos, podcasts, tools and templates. All kinds of topics around projects and project management are covered, such as Agile, Challenge Management, Leadership, Requirements Management, Collaboration in Teams, Artificial Intelligence in Project Management and many more.
