She also brings insights from expedition leadership, applying decision-making, risk management, and adaptability in uncertain environments. Laura is an international speaker, TEDx presenter, and active leader in PMI and UIAA.

In unseren bisherigen Sitzungen in letztem Jahr wurde deutlich, dass unsere Mitglieder sich intensiver mit dem PMBOK® Guide auseinandersetzen möchten. Beim nächsten Treffen wird ein Teilnehmer von uns eine Präsentation über das Thema „Risk in den Performance Domains“ halten und aufzeigen, wie diese in Projekten im Life-Sciences-Bereich angewendet werden können.
Im Anschluss möchten wir eine Diskussion anstoßen und uns über eigene Erfahrungen sowie Good Practices austauschen.
