Chapter Meeting Frankfurt

Welcome to the PMI Germany Chapter Meeting in Frankfurt! We are delighted to be hosted this time by greybee GmbH.

The evening program includes two exciting presentations, with a networking break in between.

Presentation 1: Standardization, Automation, and the Human Factor – Is there a Philosopher’s Stone for Project Management to achieve "Zero Touch Transformation"?

Standardization is the backbone of every mature industry – yet many project plans are still drafted on a blank sheet of paper. This talk introduces the concept of “Zero Touch Transformation”: an approach that combines standardized project blueprints, tool-based automation, and AI support to largely eliminate repetitive tasks in project management.

Expect a methodology built on standardized plans, along with a clear view of where software tools can bridge the gap – and where they cannot, meaning what remains irreplaceably human.

Speakers:

• Jonathan Oethinger (Senior Project Manager at greybee GmbH) – Transformation expert with deep experience in Finance & Controlling, M&A, and analytics-driven digital transformations.
• Nils Ackermann (Senior Project Manager at greybee GmbH) – Experienced IT manager with expertise in IT governance, IT transformation, cloud migration, and system integration.

Presentation 2: PMI Germany Chapter The second presentation will be delivered by the PMI Germany Chapter. The exact topic is currently being finalized and will be announced shortly.
