Chapter Meeting Stuttgart July 2023

It is about value systems in change projects and their importance for stakeholder management, and about the influence of cultural differences on project work.

3. Better than using typologies for change projects is the use of value systems, which will be presented in this talk. They serve to:
   o Classification and appropriate addressing of stakeholders,

   o selection of suitable impulses for team building

   o Assessment of the 12 agile principles (why non-agile companies claim to be agile)
   o Examining why separating the leadership roles of project management and change management makes sense

   o 10 most important drivers of project success - according to the annual PMI Global Survey on Project Management
   o Influencing factors and influences of "Power Skills" on projects
   o Which "power skills" have the greatest influence on sustainable results

   o How the PMI Germany Chapter benefits its members

   o Cultural differences influencing the work in projects

• From Stuttgart via the A81 towards Singen
• Exit Rottenburg and then take the B28a towards Nagold
• Turn right in the direction of Nagold / Mötzingen
• Straight ahead for a long time, then turn left towards Mötzingen / Nagold / Iselshausen
• Through three traffic circles direction Nagold / Iselshausen
• In Iselshausen direction Freudenstadt
• In Unterschwandorf direction Haiterbach
• Drive through Haiterbach and turn left at the end of the town towards Kuckuckshalle/Festhalle
• After the place name sign turn right towards Horb/Talheim
• Continue for approx. 400 m, then you will see our sign "PS Consulting" on the right.
