Path into the Cloud: Provider: Selection and Contract

This evening will focus on the selection of the appropriate cloud provider and adequate contract design.

In his online presentation on January 17, 2023, Martin Lummertzheim will address these questions, among others, and discuss them with you: 

• How do I get the provider that suits me? From the invitation to the beauty contest.
• What are the basic chapters in the provider contract?
• What should be covered in the contract?
• How do I get from Current Mode of Operation to Future Mode?
• Do penalties help to reduce the risk for the company?
• From the life of a provider manager: The balance between law and technology
• Weren't there still colleagues and users?
• Why you should include the requirements and demands of colleagues and users as early as possible in the planning of the cloud and the design of the contract.
