Brief description:From the Lean perspective, project management does not directly contribute to value creation and is therefore a waste. Nevertheless, project management contributes significantly to avoiding other types of waste.
But what characterizes lean project management? How is waste avoided? Which interactions have to be considered in the design and which systemic parameters have to be taken into account?

Stefan Kampa
Stefan Kampa is Senior Expert for Lean-Agile Development. As a trainer, consultant and coach in lean transformation, he focuses in particular on the conception and introduction of lean value creation systems in product development. As a certified project manager, he has been working for STAUFEN.AG for over 6 years.
