the Local Group Berlin invites you to an interesting evening of lectures on the topics of
personas in product management and BPMN (Projektron BCS).
During the company tour, which starts at 4 p.m., Projektron GmbH provides an insight into its corporate divisions in the premises at the headquarters in Berlin.

Brief description:
Understand target groups, characteristics and user behavior better - this is where personas help.
With the result of a better understanding of the customer's perspective, they are an innovative tool for communication.
At Projektron, personas reflect prototypes of a company (organisationas) and individual software users, with great benefits in product development, system implementation and marketing. This lecture presents personas to support internal and external communication and gives an insight into the development.
Speakers:
Lucas Artaza is a user consultant and works in product management. He has a master's degree in economics from the TU Berlin and is certified according to IPMA, PRINCE2 and as a Scrum Master.
Jan Wallisser is a user consultant. He has a master's degree in economics from the TU Berlin and studied business administration at the University of Twente. He is also certified as a Professional Scrum Product Owner.
In the second lecture, Sebastian Große and Alessandro Ambrosio del Torro will address this
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) with Projektron BCS.
Brief description:
After a short introduction to the BPMN model, you will learn about the possibilities of a BPMN designer using practical examples.
Processes are created and edited directly via a graphical interface in the Projektron BCS project management software. Process content is compiled using drag & drop, BPMN diagrams are created and specific parameters are set.
By subsequently executing the process in project management software such as Projektron BCS, users are guided and supported in repetitive processes.
Speakers:
Sebastian Große has been with Projektron since 2011 and was the first dual student of business informatics in the company until 2014. He was then a technical account manager and has been in technical consulting since 2018. Mr. Große also looks after the internal Projektron BCS. He is DPO for BPMN.
Alessandro Ambrosio del Torro works in organizational management at Projektron. He also implements internal configurations of BCS. He is DPO for BPMN.
The speakers of the lecture will be happy to answer any questions you may have afterwards.
