About the Keynote
Based on the slogan „Manage the System, Lead the People!“, the presented model "unFix" can be used for describing organisatonal pattern and structures. It is used supplementary to other models and frameworks and enables the representation of every type of flowing organisation with existing methods.
Our speaker Joachim Nuszkowski will talk and share his thoughts on the following topics:
• How to use the unFIX-Model – basic information about the elements of unFIX
• How to use the unFIX-Model in projects and companies
• Diconium Use Cases of the model
About the Speaker
Joachim Nuszkowski works at diconium as a scrum master. He is an agile leader, who supports other companies at their digital transformation initiatives. Before, he was working within international product- or project functions within the shipbuilding, aviation and railway industries.
