The Author Marco Lemessi will present the key thoughts of his new book: Serve to lead
Followed by a discussion about the implications for project manegers.
Inspired by Robert K. Greenleaf's idea of Servant Leadership, the SERVE Model is based on the key principles of Sharing, Encouraging, Recognizing, Valuing, and Empathizing. With abundance of personal stories, anecdotes, and famous quotes, "SERVE to lead" offers food for thought, stimulates personal growth, and eventually suggests a set of guidelines on how to make a positive impact on the ones we care the most, at work as well as within our family.
