While AI can provide valuable insights and uncover risks and challenges, project managers must also cultivate strong soft skills, leadership capabilities, and business acumen to create high-performing teams and address technology skill deficits. The future of project management will involve advanced tools and techniques backed by AI, but it is important to prioritize the human element in project management.

Sharad is Head of Programs for Content Services Business - Documentum Portfolio at OpenText. He is passionate about people leadership, team building and applying strategic thinking to align with business goals. In addition to that he is Agile and SAFe practitioner and holds master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Kozhikode.

Sharad is having around 18 years of industry experience and leading corss functional global teams. He spent a decade at Nokia before joining OpenText where he was instrumental in building DevOps teams, driving Customer experience management and implementing SAFe framework for businesses.

Sharad is a LinkedIn creator, public speaker and has passion to advocate for people’s empowerment at every level in society. He is associated with Art of Living Foundation and contributes towards Personal Excellence program in Bangalore. He is a promoter of work life balance and practicing this from many years.
