Hina Nisar Sadouzai is the CEO Cognition Hub a Pvt Ltd company, a board member with Skil Upseed Africa, an international speaker/ trainer and consultant on human capital and community development. Currently nationally she is serving as consultant on many projects with SMEDA, National Productivity Organization and many others.

Beside this she delivered training sessions with many international organizations as well as worked as content development consultant and evaluator like IREX USA, Educational Innovation 360 USA, Change Makers Jamaica, Pakistan Association Dubai, PMI Germany and APM UK. She has attained different certifications in her professional career like International Visitor Leadership Program(IVLP) on Diversity and Inclusion, Certified Master Trainer from School of Leadership, Neuro Leadership from Central Queensland University Australia, Training of Trainers Agri Tourism Development by APO JAPAN, Master Training Class on Creative Writing by USEFP and PUAN, Business, human rights and law by RSIL and US Mission Pakistan, Policy Making Certificate from Future Leader Learn and Certified Freelancer from NFT Pakistan. She has done her MS in Human Resource Management.

She at first started working by 2007 and now she delivers trainings/ speeches for different sectors at mass level like corporate sector, oil and gas, banking sector, community development, NGOs, media, academia, and youth led organizations. She has great impact on educational, corporate and social institutions due to her training work, process improvement consultancies and speeches.

Her goal is to bring prosperity in this globe by contributing her vision to bring positive change at intuitions, promoting peace, right information, and knowledge sharing and adaptability.
