We face new challenges in projects every day. With this CoP, we want to take a "deep dive" into a wide range of topics from the broad field of project management across all industries and develop new approaches to tackling these issues, as well as publish them in presentations and articles where appropriate.

In this meeting, we want to get to know each other further and explore the topic of "Integrating Organizational Change Management into Project Management." in a deep dive. 

In particular, work is to be continued on a guideline for project managers in which important checkpoints regarding the integration of change management are listed.

Recognizing, evaluating and managing risks is a central component of successful project management. Risks are potential events or conditions that could have a negative impact on the progress or outcome of a project.
Structured risk management makes it possible to identify risks at an early stage, make well-founded decisions and carry out the project safely. It helps to reduce uncertainties and ensure the success of the project.

Dr. Karolin Helbig is a leadership consultant and author.
Karolins background is in science, with a PhD in human genetics.
After four years in research, she worked as a top management consultant at McKinsey.
Karolin has a passion for neurobiology and is fascinated by the recent research about neuroplasticity.

Karolin is co-author of "The Psychological Safety Playbook: Lead More Powerfully by Being More Human", together with Minette Norman.

We are particularly pleased to welcome Karolin to our Stammtisch Rheinland today. Together with her, we are talking today about feedback communication in the context of psychological safety: giving feedback and dealing with feedback.
