KICKOFF: YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

What is the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP)?

The YEP Program is an activity to promote young talents in project management, which is started in 2023 within the Diversity Initiative of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. and, after the success of the two previous editions, it is now celebrating its 3rd round!

The Program is intended for all young talents interested in project management, whether you need to kickstart your PM career or needs support along the way.

What does the program offer?

The goal of the program is to support young talents in their development in project management careers to empower them to embrace and drive change and climb the corporate ladder.

The program aims to increase the participants’ networking, share of knowledge, exchange of experiences, support in climbing the career ladder and in continuous learning and improvement.

Furthermore, you have the opportunity to be acquainted with PMI and PMI Germany Chapter e.V., the various initiatives, certifications and exciting volunteering opportunities.

How is the YEP Program organized?

The program takes place online and consists of joint virtual meetings and workshops, self-reflection, and exchange in small groups. The program continues over various months, to support the reflection, the exchange and the best practice of the discussed topics.
