Rising energy prices, new technologies, and growing demand are changing the energy sector. 
In the Roadmap Workshop of the Community of Practice Energy, you discuss the role of project management in this transformation.

The energy sector is facing significant changes. Geopolitical conflicts, rising energy prices, and new technologies are influencing energy supply worldwide. At the same time, energy demand is increasing, partly due to the growing number of data centers for artificial intelligence.

These developments show that the energy sector must find new ways to generate, store, and distribute energy. Projects play a central role in this transformation. Project management provides the structure needed to implement new solutions.

Against this backdrop, the Community of Practice Energy in the PMI Germany Chapter will meet again.

On March 17, members will come together for a Roadmap Workshop. During this session, they will define the key topics the Community of Practice Energy will work on in the coming months. The focus will be on project management in the energy sector — from energy generation and infrastructure to distribution.

The workshop offers you the opportunity to contribute ideas, exchange experiences, and jointly develop perspectives for projects in the energy sector.
