Project management of the final storage of radioactive waste - the long way to the goal

Project management of the final storage of radioactive waste - the long way to the goal.
Why is it taking so long to set up the repository for radioactive waste in Germany? What are the other countries doing? Can we achieve a "Germany speed" here as well, such as with the LNG terminals? The complex and strongly networked structure of all tasks is shown. Questions are answered as to why tasks have to be carried out. The background for the task design is presented. The speaker goes into the particular importance of stakeholder management. Project organization and controlling are discussed.
