Evaluation of the use of AI at Projektron

in the first lecture of the evening from 5 p.m.

Brief description:

The lecture shows the status of the evaluation of AI techniques at Projektron GmbH. They are based on Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Small applications were implemented to assess the benefits of AI for the product and company. Examples are: answering help questions, summaries of requirements and suggested solutions.

Speaker: Dr. Marten Huisinga

Dr. Marten Huisinga heads teknow GmbH, a platform for laser sheet metal cutting. In the future, AI methods are intended to simplify the offer for amateur customers. Huisinga was the founder and until 2015 managing director of Projektron, for which he acts as a consultant.

In the second lecture, Richard Franke addresses the topic of

Test strategies in the practice of a software manufacturer

Brief description:

Software can be tested in various ways. But what does an efficient distribution of the individual test types look like? The lecture provides an insight into manual and automated testing procedures at the Berlin software manufacturer Projektron GmbH. Various manual test paths as well as strategies and lessons learned in the context of automated testing are examined. The aim of the lecture is to give the audience suggestions for developing their own test strategies.

Speaker: Richard Franke

Richard Franke is a software developer with a particular interest in frontend and mobile development as well as software testing. He studied business informatics with a close practical focus. He has been working in development at Projektron GmbH since 2018.

The speakers at the lecture will be happy to answer your questions afterwards.

Afterwards, use the time to network and exchange ideas in direct communication with the Projektron team and the PMI Local Group.

We look forward to seeing you and having a great and exciting evening.
