About the topic:
In the PM Real Talk, we want to take a look at project management not from a bird's eye view, but from a frog's eye view. Instead of abstractly talking about methods, studies or best practices, we talk about the real life challenges of real projects and how they are handled by passionate project managers.
For this event, we were able to win Stefan Tintera from Hamburger Hochbahn AG, the second largest German public transport company. He will tell us about the electric bus project, in which the entire bus fleet of 1,200 vehicles is to be completely converted from diesel to electric drive within 12 years.
Within this major project, he and his team move between the requirements of bus operation, the construction and electrification projects of the depots and the boundary conditions of electrophysics and try to control all resulting adjustments and further developments of the e-bus IT system for which he is responsible in such a way that all projects and stakeholders are satisfied.
After presentation and discussion, as a highlight we will visit the Alsterdorf electric bus depot, the largest bus depot of Hamburger Hochbahn AG and the first electric bus depot in Germany.
Are you up for an evening full of fun, new knowledge and networking? Then be there on September 17th!
