In today’s transformation-driven environment, successful delivery requires more than completing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Real success happens when people adopt, embrace, and sustain the change introduced by the project.

In this webinar, Alexandros Tzimpilis will explain why Project Management and Change Management are not separate disciplines, but complementary approaches that together drive successful transformation. About the Speaker

Alexandros Tzimpilis is a Change and Project Management professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale organizational, digital, and business transformations in multinational environments. He is a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) by ACMP and a PM² Advanced Certified Project Manager.

Throughout his career, he has led complex transformation programs across multiple countries, focusing on change leadership, operational restructuring, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise transformation. Alexandros is also an active contributor to the global change management community through publications, mentoring, and thought leadership.
