We had an exciting discussion at our kick-off and received a lot of valuable input. Thanks a lot to all participants for your participation!
Many agile communities have emerged in recent years - agility has often become a trend and not always properly understood. It is important for us to follow our own clear path. We would like to further concretize this path in our next meeting.
We would then like to reflect on the fundamentals of agility and discuss the following key questions:
- What does the Agile Manifesto mean to us today?
- Where does agility start - and where does it end?
- Which core values of agility are still relevant in the current discussion?
We would also like to take this opportunity to say a very special thank you to our supporters: Antje Lehmann-Benz, Heiko Bartlog, Dr. Philipp Diebold, Dr. Marcus Raitner and Olaf Schweizer, who enrich our Lean-Agile CoP with their expertise and their names. We are already looking forward to receiving one or two impulses from them in the future.
