AI in Project Management (engl.)
Dear PMI community,
"Artificial Intelligence" is the ubiqutious buzz word these days and it is said it can support or even replace project managers.
Find out what is practically feasible today and how by joining this session.

AGENDA
17:30 Arrival & Introduction
17:45 Project managers and artificial intelligence: Threat or opportunity in a transforming work environment
How the smartest project managers are using AI to do less admin and more leading.
Many project managers already use AI tools — but mostly in isolation and without a clear link to their daily processes. This session shows how to progress from individual AI usage to simple, connected, and automation-ready project workflows.
Using short, real project use cases and live demonstrations, the talk goes beyond showing AI outputs and looks under the hood — explaining how AI-supported workflows are built, how they fit into existing processes, and how they can be adapted or extended.
Attendees will see how flexible AI solutions can support everyday activities such as status reporting, task recognition, communication, and monitoring — using tools they already have. No coding, no complex setup, and no technical background required.
The session focuses on what is achievable today. Participants will leave with a clear logic for designing AI-supported processes they can understand, reuse, and even start applying very next day.
18:45 Use of agentic AI in project management
Hamed Rafei and Christoph Capellaro, EY
Agentic AI can be used to automate classic project management tasks. Autonomous AI agents can automate recurring tasks, identify risks at an early stage, and support data-based decision-making. Examples include intelligent resource planning, automated reporting, and scenario simulations for complex projects.
