Dr. Al Zeitoun, PgMP, PMI Fellow, is a Future of Work and operational performance excellence thought leader with global experiences in strategy execution and innovation. His experiences encompass leading organizations; delivering their Enterprise Digital and Business Transformation; and guiding fitting framework implementations across diverse cultures globally. In his current role, as Senior Director of Strategy with Siemens, he is responsible for driving the global program management and governance practices and enabling the Strategy Transformation priorities.
Future Leaders' roles and relationships will be explored in relationship to building experience-driven cultures. Transforming in a digital world has been highly expedited by the power of virtual collaboration. Leaders are now expected to master new skills to effectively scale and leverage innovation outcomes as well as sustain their relevance in this extremely fast-changing nature of work.
Skills such as the capacity to ask the right questions, conduct tradeoffs, and reach effective decisions fast to drive change will be explored. The human equation will be highlighted to emphasize how the future of work is both human and digital. Rethinking and adapting all the classical ways of working is a must in order to create the right balanced hybrid and effective future organization. Examples of Experience-Driven innovation will be highlighted to strengthen the necessary project muscles that are core to the future design of the next-gen PM role empowered by the AI-driven enablers.
