Als PMI Germany Chapter ist es uns wichtig, unsere neuen Mitglieder herzlichst im Chapter willkommen zu heißen und sie über aktuelle Entwicklungen, spannende Angebote und Neuigkeiten aus der Welt des Projektmanagements zu informieren. Deshalb veranstalten wir monatilich unsere Willkommensstunde für neue Mitglieder – ein Format für Austausch, Einblicke und Mitgestaltung. Bei diesem Event haben unsere neuen Mitglieder die Möglichkeit, Fragen zu Themen zu stellen, die sie im Zusammenhang mit der Community des PMI Germany Chapters interessieren. Moderiert wird der offene Dialog am frühen Abend von Jörg Glunde, Vizepräsident Mitglieder des PMI Germany Chapter e.V., ggf. gemeinsam anderen Volunteers des PMI Germany Chapters.

This session offers an in-depth analysis of the current standards for leading projects and teams. At its core is a paradigm shift: moving away from purely process-driven workflows towards a value-oriented understanding of leadership that views leadership as a shared responsibility of the entire project team.

At this event, all members of the PMI Germany Chapter have the opportunity to ask questions on topics that interest them in connection with the PMI Germany Chapter community. The open dialog in the early evening will be moderated by Joerg Glunde, Vice President Members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V., possibly together with other volunteers of the PMI Germany Chapter.

This compact 60-minute workshop offers a structured deep dive into the most important innovations of the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition as well as the changed content of the PMP® Exam Content Outline (ECO) 2026, which will shape the new PMP standard from July 2026.​

The workshop is aimed at project managers, team leaders and PMP aspirants who want to prepare for the coming change.
